According to WhatsApp Beta Info, the feature is currently under development and is not yet available to users. It is designed as a chat customization option.
The new feature will allow users to personalize their chats by selecting custom themes, including different colors and wallpapers. This will enable users to give their conversations a more unique and personalized appearance.
WhatsApp stated that the feature is being developed to improve user engagement by offering more visual customization options.
