Karachi (Web Desk): The Sindh Assembly has unanimously passed a resolution paying tribute to the Pakistan Armed Forces and Air Force for what it described as a decisive victory in “Marka-e-Haq” and the successful defence of the country’s borders.
Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah, while addressing the House, presented details of Pakistan’s military superiority against what he called Indian aggression.
He said that the Pahalgam incident was merely a “false flag operation” aimed at misleading the international community, but Pakistan’s armed forces and national unity foiled the attempt.
Murad Ali Shah informed the assembly that the Pakistan Air Force demonstrated exceptional professionalism by downing eight Indian fighter jets, including advanced Rafale aircraft, and destroying more than 77 drones.
He further claimed that at the time of the confrontation, 74 Indian aircraft were in the air and within targeting range of the Pakistan Air Force, which could have been neutralised if required.
Referring to Rafale jets, the chief minister remarked that while the aircraft is highly advanced, operating it effectively requires exceptional skill and capability, which he said was lacking on the opposing side.
The House also praised the international diplomatic efforts of Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, acknowledging his role in presenting Pakistan’s stance effectively on the global stage.
The resolution reaffirmed that the people of Sindh stand firmly with the armed forces and expressed confidence in Pakistan’s ability to respond to any threat to its sovereignty.
