Karachi (Web Desk): Gold prices in Pakistan witnessed a sharp decline on Monday, with a significant drop recorded in both local and international markets.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold per tola decreased by Rs5,300, bringing it down to Rs488,362. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold fell by Rs4,544 to Rs418,691.

In the global bullion market, gold prices also declined, falling by $53 per ounce to $4,660. Market analysts attribute the downward trend to fluctuations in international demand and shifting investor sentiment.

The latest drop reflects ongoing volatility in the precious metals market, with traders closely monitoring global economic indicators that continue to influence gold pricing trends worldwide.
