Islamabad (Web Desk): Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is set to make an official visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Thursday, accompanied by a high-level delegation.
According to a statement issued by the Foreign Office (FO), this visit highlights the deep-rooted fraternal relationship between Pakistan and the UAE, characterized by mutual trust, shared values, and close cooperation across various sectors.
The delegation will include Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, federal ministers, and other senior officials.
During his visit, PM Shehbaz Sharif will engage in high-level meetings with the UAE leadership, including a bilateral meeting with the President of the UAE and Ruler of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The discussions will focus on a broad range of bilateral, regional, and global issues that are of mutual interest and concern.
The FO stated that this visit aims to further strengthen the longstanding brotherly relations between Pakistan and the UAE, deepen economic ties, and promote multifaceted collaboration.
“The visit also reflects the shared commitment of both countries to enhancing their mutually beneficial strategic partnership, expanding cooperation in existing areas, and exploring new opportunities to bolster bilateral cordial relations,” the FO statement added.
