Islamabad (Web Desk): Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation on Monday night with Bahrain’s Foreign Minister Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani to review the changing security situation in the region.
According to a statement issued by the Foreign Office (FO), the two ministers discussed the latest developments unfolding across the Middle East and surrounding areas.
During the conversation, both sides voiced deep concern over the recent wave of attacks, including incidents reported in Bahrain.
DPM Dar reiterated Pakistan’s firm support for Bahrain and its citizens.
He emphasized the urgency of easing tensions through diplomatic means and highlighted the importance of dialogue and coordinated efforts to promote lasting peace and stability in the region.
