Rana Sanaullah meets US Embassy Counselor for Political Affairs

Islamabad (Web Desk): Federal Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination (IPC) Rana Sanaullah on Tuesday met with Terry Steers González, Political Affairs Counselor at the US Embassy.

According to an official statement, the two discussed Pakistan-US bilateral relations, the regional situation, and matters of mutual interest.

During the meeting, the US diplomat acknowledged and appreciated Pakistan’s constructive diplomatic engagement in supporting peace and stability across the region.

He also commended Pakistan’s role in encouraging dialogue between Iran and the United States, terming its efforts both meaningful and important for regional peacebuilding.

Rana Sanaullah stated that Pakistan has consistently placed dialogue and diplomatic engagement at the centre of its foreign policy approach for resolving conflicts.

He further observed that strong and stable Pakistan–US relations would play a key role in advancing peace and economic progress in the region.

Both sides agreed on the need to further deepen high-level contacts and sustained engagement between Islamabad and Washington.

The minister reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to continuing its positive contribution toward regional peace and stability, stressing that a robust partnership between the two countries is essential for a peaceful and prosperous future in the region.
