London (Web Desk): A UK court has ruled in favor of Brigadier (retd) Rashid Naseer, declaring the allegations made against him by YouTuber Adil Raja as false and baseless.
According to Neo News London correspondent Safeena Khan, the court ordered Adil Raja to pay £50,000 in damages along with court expenses.
In the verdict, UK High Court Judge Richard Spearman KC stated that Adil Raja failed to provide any credible or verifiable evidence to support his claims.
The court noted that the accusations against Brigadier (retd) Rashid Naseer were based purely on speculation and aimed at tarnishing his reputation.
The ruling emphasized that attempts to damage someone’s credibility or reputation on social media could lead to serious legal consequences.
