West Indies opted to bat first and scored 305 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in stipulated 50 overs.
Pakistan achieved the victory target of 306 for the loss of 5 wickets in last over with four balls remaining.
Pakistani skipper Babar Azam became the first batter to knock three successive one-day international hundreds twice.
He cracked a brilliant 103 runs with 9 boundaries.
The second ODI of three-match series will be played in Multan on Friday. The match will start at 4:00pm.
