Karachi (Web Desk): After a prolonged period of rising gold prices in the country, there has been a brief decline today.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of gold fell by Rs300 per tola, bringing the current rate to Rs362,400.
In addition to the drop in the per tola price, 10 grams of gold also saw a reduction of Rs257, now priced at Rs310,699.
International gold markets have mirrored the trend, with the price of gold falling by $3 per ounce, now standing at $3,397.
Experts suggest that while this decrease is a welcome relief for buyers, the trend may not last long, as global economic factors continue to influence gold prices.
