Islamabad (Web Desk): The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) has issued a weather alert warning of heavy rain, thunderstorms, and strong winds across various regions of Pakistan over the next 12 to 24 hours.
According to NDMA, several districts in Sindh are likely to experience gusty winds, thunderstorms, and rainfall. Affected areas include Karachi, Hyderabad, Thatta, Badin, Sajawal, Umerkot, Mithi, Tharparkar, Mirpurkhas, and surrounding regions.
Similarly, parts of Balochistan are expected to face storms and rainfall, including Zhob, Quetta, Ziarat, Kalat, Qila Saifullah, Pishin, Mastung, Barkhan, Qila Abdullah, Chaman, Nushki, and nearby areas.
NDMA has urged residents to exercise caution, avoid unnecessary travel, stay indoors if possible, and follow weather advisories to minimize potential risks from the adverse weather.
