Islamabad (Staff Report): A new spell of monsoon is likely to begin in different parts of the country from next week, however, hot weather to prevail during next 12 hours, said a spokesperson of Met Office.
Heavy rain showers are expected in Islamabad, upper Punjab and Kashmir from Monday to Thursday while Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will receive the rains from Tuesday.
However, rain/thundershowers with gusty winds is likely at isolated places of Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Gujranwala, Lahore, Malakand, Hazara, D.G.Khan, Zhob division and Kashmir.

Islamabad 26 degree centigrade, Lahore and Karachi 29, Peshawar 28, Quetta 21, Gilgit 19, Murree 18 and Muzaffarabad 22 degree centigrade.
