Karachi (Web Desk): Gold prices continued their downward trend in Pakistan on Sunday, with the precious metal becoming cheaper once again in the local market.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold fell by Rs2,400 per tola, bringing the new rate to Rs463,136.
The price of 10 grams of gold also declined by Rs2,058, settling at Rs397,064.
Gold prices also dropped in the international market, where the price decreased by $24 to $4,406 per ounce.
It may be recalled that gold had also witnessed a significant decline on September 5, when the price per tola dropped by Rs3,600.
