Rawalpindi (Web Desk) : In the 26th match of the Pakistan Super League Season 10, Quetta Gladiators set a new record for the highest team total in PSL history, powered by explosive centuries from Hassan Nawaz and Rilee Rossouw.
The match, held at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, began with Islamabad United winning the toss and opting to bowl first. However, Quetta's batsmen dominated the innings with an outstanding performance.
Quetta Gladiators piled up a massive 263 runs in their allotted 20 overs. Hassan Nawaz played an unbeaten knock of 100 runs, while Rilee Rossouw added an aggressive 104 runs, leading their team to a historic total.
Before the match began, a one-minute silence was observed in memory of the martyrs of the recent Indian attacks. Players and officials stood in silence to pay tribute, followed by the playing of Pakistan’s national anthem in the stadium.
