Karachi (Web Desk): Sindh Chief Minister (CM) Syed Murad Ali Shah on Thursday announced Ramzan Relief Package worth Rs 22.5 billion to provide relief to the people of the province.
Chairing a meeting on price control in Karachi, he also accorded approval of providing an amount of Rs5,000 cash to the 60% population of the province with minimum wage.
The cash amount will be provided to 3.5 million households with a minimum wage of Rs32,000 per month.
Addressing the meeting, the Sindh CM directed a crackdown against hoarders and profiteers in the province.
Syed Murad Ali Shah directed district administration to ensure implementation of government fixed rates of commodities of daily use.
