The company has announced several new features related to Creator Subscriptions aimed at helping content creators generate more income on the platform.
One of the key features is Exclusive Threads, which essentially works as a subscription paywall. In addition, users will also get access to a new dashboard and shareable subscription cards, along with other tools.
According to the company, these features will help creators attract a larger audience while also enabling them to earn additional revenue from their content.
Recently, X also introduced a feature called the Paid Partnership Label, which is applied to posts that contain sponsored content.
Among the newly announced features, Exclusive Threads is considered the most significant, as it allows users to directly earn money from their posts on the platform. These will appear as teaser posts designed to encourage people to subscribe, while the full content will only be available to subscribers.
It is worth noting that X launched its Creator Revenue Sharing Program globally in 2023, allowing users to earn income from their popular posts.
