Islamabad (Web Desk): President Asif Ali Zardari has reaffirmed Pakistan’s resolve to further strengthen and expand its mutually beneficial relations with Sweden.
In a message issued on the occasion of Sweden’s National Day, the President extended heartfelt congratulations to the government and people of Sweden.
He expressed satisfaction over the steady progress in bilateral cooperation between the two countries, particularly in areas such as renewable energy, technology, telecommunications, textiles, and agriculture.
President Zardari said that Pakistan deeply values its longstanding and friendly relations with Sweden, established in 1949. He added that these ties are founded on mutual respect and a shared commitment to international peace and cooperation.
