New York (Web Desk): United Nations (UN) Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has strongly criticized Israel's military operations in Gaza, calling them wrong.
In an interview, Guterres stated that Israel's operation, launched under the pretext of eliminating Hamas, has resulted in the complete devastation of Gaza, with the effects reaching the civilian population of the city.
The Secretary-General further remarked that the ongoing destruction in Gaza and the targeting of civilians have been continuously overlooked.
According to him, the nature and scale of the damage in Gaza clearly indicate serious flaws in the methods employed by the Israeli military.
Antonio Guterres also emphasized that current evidence suggests the possibility that Israeli forces have committed war crimes in Gaza, urging the international community to seriously consider this issue.
