Imaan and former Menber of National Assembly (MNA) Ali Wazir were arrested on August 20 for alleged sedition, two days after a PTM public meeting in Islamabad.

The ATC judge also issued a written order on Friday's hearing, and directed Attorney General for Pakistan to assist the court at the next hearing.
Earlier, IHC Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb had also ordered against arresting Imaan in any other case.
In the order issued by court, it was said that according to SSP operations, three cases were registered against Imaan in Islamabad whereas she was granted bail in two cases.
The court had barred the federal authorities including Interior Secretary, IG Islamabad and DG FIA from arresting Imaan Mazari or assisting the provinces regarding her detention in any other case.
The court further directed the parties that Iman Mazari may not move outside the limits of the federal territory.
