Karachi (Web Desk): The price of 24-karat gold per tola saw a notable rise of Rs4,800, reaching Rs306,300 on Tuesday, up from Rs301,500 the previous day,
According to All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association (APSGJA), the cost of 10 grams of 24-karat gold climbed by Rs4,115, increasing to Rs262,602 from Rs258,487.
In the same period, the price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold also rose by Rs3,772, going up to Rs240,727 from Rs236,955.
Meanwhile, the cost of silver also saw an uptick, with per tola silver increasing by Rs45, reaching Rs3,315. The price of 10 grams of silver also went up by Rs39, rising to Rs2,842.
In the international market, the price of gold rose by $47, moving from $2,869 to $2,916, while silver saw an increase of $0.39, climbing from $31.41 to $31.80.
