Karachi (Web Desk): Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah will appear before the National Accountability Bureau on Thursday.
The anti-corruption watchdog said that security arrangements for the chief minister's appearance in relation to the Sindh Roshan programme case have been made.
The Sindh Roshan Programme case is one of the many ones pertaining to the fake accounts case. It is related to the installation of solar-powered streetlights in various districts of Sindh.
Earlier the day, the Lahore High Court (LHC) granted interim bail to Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif till June 17.
On Tuesday, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) team accompanied by heavy contingent of police reached at the leader of the opposition in the National Assembly’s residence in Model Town after he failed to appear before the anti-corruption watchdog in money laundering and assets beyond means case.
