Abu Dhabi (Web Desk): Sri Lanka defeated Pakistan by 21 runs in the final day of the first Test against Sri Lanka at Abu Dhabi’s Sheikh Zayed Stadium on Monday.

Earlier, Abbas dismissed Mendis and Lakmal within the opening hour of the morning session, getting the former trapped LBW for 18 and the latter caught in the deep for 13, reducing Sri Lanka to 86-6 who led by 83 runs.
