Peshawar (Web Desk): Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan was granted a three-week transit bail the Peshawar High Court (PHC) till June 25.
According to details, the former premier moved the PHC for protection against his possible arrest in case he marches to Islamabad again as 14 cases registered against him following the PTI's 'Azadi March' on May 25.
PHC Chief Justice Qaiser Rasheed accepted the plea. Imran had appeared in court to file his plea in a personal capacity.
The bail was approved against surety bonds worth Rs50,000. Imran was instructed to appear before the Islamabad sessions court before June 25.
