Karachi (Web Desk): Gold prices in Pakistan rebounded sharply on Thursday after witnessing a continuous downward trend in recent days, with the local bullion market recording a significant increase.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association (APGJA), the price of 24-karat gold surged by Rs9,100 per tola, taking the new rate to Rs428,736 per tola.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold climbed by Rs7,802 to settle at Rs367,572.
The upward trend was also reflected in the international bullion market, where gold gained $91 per ounce to reach $4,063, contributing to the rise in domestic prices.
