Islamabad (Web Desk): The outgoing caretaker government on Thursday increased price of petrol by Rs4.13 per litre while the price of high-speed diesel (HSD) will stay the same for the next 15 days starting from March 1, 2024.
According to a notification issued by the finance ministry, the price of petrol was increased as per the recommendation of the Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA).
After the increase, the price of petrol reached Rs279.75 while HSD is available at Rs287.33.
