Dera Ghazi Khan (Web Desk): Punjab Police, on a tip-off, conducted a successful operation against militants in Kot Mubarak area of Dera Ghazi Khan and killed four terrorists.
According to a police spokesperson, information was received that several extremist terrorists were present in the area, causing fear and panic among local residents. Acting swiftly, police teams surrounded the area and launched an operation.
The terrorists opened fire with heavy weapons, but the police personnel bravely fought back, killing four terrorists.
The spokesperson added that some terrorists managed to escape by taking advantage of bushes and elevated terrain, and a search operation is underway to apprehend them.
A significant cache of weapons and ammunition was recovered from the slain terrorists. Authorities have intensified surveillance to secure the area and ensure public safety.
